Presented by Prussian soldier and intellectual Carl Phillip Gottfried von Clausewitz (1780-1831) is his book Vom Kriege and highlighted in the U.S. Army, Field Manual 100-5, 1994 (Unclassified), the Principles of War – and how Clausewitz might have applied them to electronic discovery.
