These are the Complaint for Rescission of a fraudulently procured deed, the affidavit of service showing that the defendant was served in Iran and the Deed reconveying the property to the plaintiff that resolved the case. There was also a companion divorce case litigated concurrently with this case that was resolved favorably for the plaintiff as well. Numerous pre-trial motions were filed by plaintiff and both cases were resolved prior to any adversarial hearings.
