Plaintiffs' Memorandum in Opposition to Motion to Dismiss


This case covers all purchasers of the securities of Veritas Software Corporation (“Veritas”) during the period from April 23, 2003 through July 6, 2004.

Schatz Nobel Izard, P.C. was appointed as Lead Counsel by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on March 3, 2005. An Amended Complaint, filed on May 27, 2005, alleges that Defendants misrepresented the company’s financial results and status and its forecast of future results.

This document is Plaintiff's memorandum in opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, which the Court denied on May 23, 2006.

The case is currently in discovery, which is scheduled to finish in September 2008.
