What are my duties as a Guardian?

Serving as guardian for a loved one can be an overwhelming task. Generally, lawyers see their role limited to filing the paperwork necessary to obtain your appointment. However, in my opinion, this is only 1/2 the job a competent attorney should perform. In addition to securing your appointment as guardian, I spend the time one-on-one to discuss with guardians their obligations and help them form a plan for managing the assets and welfare of their family member. This additional attention can make all the difference in the world in assisting you with the challenging tasks ahead. For more information, please do not hesitate to review the attached information or contact me at (702) 798-4955.
