The Small Business Administration recently (3/4/10) proposed regulations to revise their Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program. These changes to the existing regulations may make the program much more useful to small women-owned businesses wanting to do business with the federal government. This newsletter explains the key changes included in the proposed regulations.
