Plaintiff's reply in opposition to defendants' Motion for Protective Order precluding plaintiff from deposing two NYPD police captains assigned to the Internal Affairs Bureau who are alleged to have been part of creating a racially hostile work environment for him while he was under investigation for the possession and ingestation of anabolic steroids. Plaintiff alleges that they engaged in a biased investigation where he was ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing related to the possession and ingestation of anabolic steroids.
