Memo addresses right of creditor to file a late proof of claim in chapter 11 where debtor listed creditor's claim as undisputed in debtor's schedules, then filed amended schedules listing debtor's claim as disputed, but did give creditor notice of the filing of the amended schedules. Memo also addresses the creditor's right to amend a proof of claim after the bar date for filing claims.
