This is the California Court of Appeal's published opinion affirming the Superior Court's dismissal with prejudice of a purported qui tam action against my client AT&T Corporation and other defendants based on the alleged failure to report and deliver unused pre-paid calling card minutes to the California Controller as unclaimed property under California's Unclaimed Property Law.
