USCIS Announces New Filing Fees


The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has announced it will increase the filing fees for most immigration applications, including premium processing, effective Tuesday, November 23, 2010. According to the final rule published in the Federal Register, the average application fee is increasing approximately 10 percent.
