Pitmans Acts for 2e2 in the Disposal of Xayce to Capita Consulting

Leading law firm Pitmans has acted on behalf of 2e2 in the sale of its subsidiary business, Xayce, to Capita Consulting, which completed on 2 February 2011 for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction was led by the Head of Pitmans’ Corporate team, Andrew Peddie, and assisted by Sam Ladbrook and Rishi Sharma.

Commenting on the transaction, Andrew Peddie said:

“We were delighted to help long-standing client 2e2 with this disposal, following on from other recent work with them on a number of fronts. We look forward to helping 2e2 and other technology clients on their transactions in this sector during 2011.”

2e2 is a leading ICT lifecycle service provider that focuses on solutions and managed services for medium to large public and private-sector organisations utilising up-to-the-minute innovations surrounding web and cloud computing.

2e2’s disposal of Xayce follows its takeover of the IT services and technology company Morse in June 2010. Xayce is a specialist financial services consultancy that concentrates on helping financial services organisations deliver regulatory, risk, operational efficiency and data management change programmes.
