Do Social Network Acquisitions Run Roughshod Over Privacy Expectations?


This is a short article (guest post) I wrote for TechFlash on privacy policies and social networks.

The article talks about how vague privacy policies leave consumers with little certainty as to whether consumer information will be sold and transferred in the context of an acquisition. This will become increasingly important as the use of social networks grows and acquisitions occur.
