Application for Reconsideration of Application for Writ of Certiorari to Louisiana Supreme Court


Whether, in light of Louisiana Supreme Court's practice of occasionally allowing reconsideration of writ denials despite an express rule prohibiting writ action rehearings, the Court should reconsider a writ denial on an issue regarding child support that is res nova in the Louisiana courts where the initial writ application was pro se and had been reviewed in an expedited manner by the Court.
