Lester v Lee

public housing eviction for alleged criminal conduct and service issue

This document is my first semester final memo for Legal Research and Writing. The issue involved a wrongful eviction of a section 8 tenant for the criminal activities of another, some of which the tenant was the victim. There was also an issue about proper service of process in the State of Oklahoma upon a transient defendant.
