Motion for Release on Personal Recognizance and Hearing Before Different Judge


Texas "Get Out of Jail Free" motion for lawyer held in contempt. Texas Government code allows a lawyer held in contempt while representing a client to be released on her own recognizance and have a hearing before a judge other than the one before whom the contempt was allegedly committed.

Every Texas lawyer trying cases should have this in his briefcase.
