Financial Help in a Newly Filed Divorce

Often times when a Divorce is newly filed, one of the parties is wondering how he/she they going to be "ok" when they do not have enough money upon which to live. That person's attorney may have to file a Motion for Temporary Relief with the Court to order the spouse with the greater income to help the less fortunate spouse.
