Banner Property Management, Inc. is a general contractor who brought suit against Defendants alleging that it had performed construction services at the Defendant's property, and was not paid.

The matter went to trial. This document is the post-trial memorandum submitted to the Court summarizing the Plaintiff's position, its testimony and evidence in support of the work completed at the Defendant's property, and its testimony and evidence in support of its contention that it should be paid a certain amount for that work.
