SUMMARY: Ayman Abu Aita, a Palestinian grocer, filed a libel and slander lawsuit against Cohen and NBC Universal over his appearance in the film "Bruno." David Letterman's company World Wide Pants and CBS are also named defendants as "The Late Show" featured the scene during an interview with Cohen. Plaintiff Aita claims Sasha Baron Cohen represented him as a terrorist group leader in the film. Aita is seeking compensatory damages of $110 million and an injunction against further DVD distribution of the movie.
