This comment takes a look at corporate political speech throughout the last 40 years and how it has changed.

When I drafted the article, the FEC v. Citizens United case had not yet been decided by the Supreme Court. The article further analyzes the decision and and compares the decision with prior Supreme Court decisions as well as the text of the Constitution.
