Memorandum of Law in Support of Stone Ins. Agencies' Motion for Summary Judgment Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 4:46-2


Insurance brokerage, a defendant in an indemnification claim by its former client for negligent failure to insure liability coverage, in turn made a third-party claim against our client, one of the brokers with which it attempted to place the business. This brief made the successful argument for summary judgment dismissing that third-party claim.
