August 30, 2011, the National Labor Relations Board mandates a Final Rule regarding the posting of an 11” x 17” Notice in virtually every private sector workplace in the country – unionized or not - informing employees in considerable detail of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. Because

employee rights under the Act apply to both unionized and non-unionized workplaces, all employers subject to the Board’s jurisdiction are required to post the Notice.
