The Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 provides new loan programs and extends existing loan programs under the Small Business Administration (SBA). The ARC loan program has been extended and the size of some SBA loans have been increased for small businesses. Borrowing and lending under the program are intended to allow small business to hire more people, create jobs and help retire debt to stimulate capital investment.
