Respondents brought Demand for Arbitration pursuant to the Hit and Run and Uninsured Motorist endorsements of their motor vehicle insurance policy.

Jeena Belil prepared a petition to stay arbitration for Travelers on the grounds that there was not proof offered by Respondents that a hit and run accident occurred, that no police report had been filed within 24 hours of the accident and that medical reports were outstanding.
