On June 26, 2009, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it had asked the Office of Management and Budget to approve the continued use of the version of Form I-9 currently posted on the USCIS website, despite the fact that the form as posted “expires” on June 30, 2009.
