Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement


This is a contract creating a fiscal sponsorship relationship between a federally tax-exempt nonprofit organization and another entity seeking to make use of the sponsor's tax-exempt status. This template is oriented towards a one-off project sponsorship as opposed to a longer term relationship. It could probably be adapted to the latter purpose, however.
