Lawrence Federico v. State Farm Fire and Casualty

Plaintiff's Memorandum in Support of Motion to Compel

Plaintiff is a homeowner in New Orleans, LA, who suffered property damages during Hurricane Katrina. He brought an action against State Farm insurance company, and in the action, filed a Motion to Compel State Farm to produce documents in electronic format and to respond to interrogatories.

In this Memorandum, Plaintiff argues that State Farm's objections to discovery requests are without merit, that they cannot meet their burden on the discovery objections, that their responses are evasive and that SF must produce documents in electronic format as per Rule 36(b)(2)(E)
