The Moriarty Tribunal: Why Judges should not preside over Tribunals of Inquiry


I wrote this Article 11 years ago when i had some involvement in challenging the constitutionality of the Moriarty Tribunal.

In light of the recent Report i think it has more relevance now than when it was first published.
