New York Civil Rights Violation Lawyer Examines Allegations of Sexual Harassment in Gordon Ramsay’s Restaurant

New York civil rights violation lawyer David Perecman comments on the sexual harassment claim filed by Chef Janet Kim. Kim alleges she was sexually harassed at Gordon Ramsay at The London NYC, a restaurant in midtown New York City.

In the sexual harassment complaint filed with the State Division of Human Rights, Kim claims that males chefs she worked with groped her, called her a “whore” and propositioned her for oral sex. After she finally complained, she was forced to make tiny hors d’oeuvres in what her male colleagues called “the c–t corner”

Said New York civil rights violation lawyer Perecman,“Behavior described by Kim is sexual harassment and in violation of gender discrimination laws in New York.”

Gender discrimination laws in New York City require that all workers - male or female - must be treated equally.
