Casino could Face Age Discrimination Lawsuit for Firing Cocktail Servers, Says New York Civil Rights Violation Lawyer

Resorts Casino Hotel is facing accusations of age discrimination in the workplace from at least 7 employees who were fired. The workers claim the casino terminated middle-aged cocktail servers to make room for younger women who supposedly look better in skin-revealing new outfits.

Resorts defended itself against the allegations of age discrimination in the workplace, by claiming the new Roaring '20s themed outfits are a key factor in the casino's re-branding efforts.

New York age discrimination lawyer David Perecman comments on this age discrimination case.

In an age discrimination lawsuit, the plaintiff can seek damages for loss of wages, back pay, income and benefits, damages for emotional anguish, injury to reputation, embarrassment, punitive damages, attorney's fees, interest and court costs.

New Jersey and New York civil rights violations come in many forms, including age discrimination. New York civil rights violation lawyer David Perecman represents victims of New York civil rights violations, including age discrimination.
