CGS Industries v. Charter Oak Fire Insurance

Plaintiff's Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment Re: Quantification

Plaintiff CGS's Motion for Partial Summary Judgement Re: Quantification of Fees was brought after Judge Jack Weinstein ruled that defendant insurer owed a duty to defend, the only remaining issue then being the amount of attorneys fees due and owing to plaintiff. Plaintiff seeks to recoup monies paid in settlement, as well as attorneys fees paid on behalf of another co-defendant under an equitable indemnity theory.
