Pace Football Players Sue for False Arrest, New York Civil Rights Violation Lawyer Investivates

An upcoming police brutality case is attracting the interest of many New York civil rights violation lawyers including David Perecman.

Four Pace college football players were arrested after their teammate, Danroy Henry, was shot and killed by a police officer outside a restaurant-bar in Thornwood, New York. They were arrested in the chaos that followed the shooting.

The four plan to sue for New York police brutality, false arrest, malicious prosecution and civil rights violations.

In the case of the police officers who shot and killed Henry, a Westchester, New York grand jury declined to bring police brutality charges, or any other New York civil rights violations charges against them. New York civil rights violation lawyers are following this case closely.
