Petition to admit a foreign will to record in a Broward County Probate. Generally this form is used when the non-resident decedent died with real property in Florida and two years has passed since the decedent died or the domiciliary personal representative has been discharged. The filing of this document along with the documents referenced therein, specifically the will, is effectual to pass title to real property in Florida.
