Imagine 282 Semi Trucks parked end to end — that ribbon of big rigs would stretch a long, long, LONG way down the side of any road. That's exactly the number of big rigs Pennsylvania Law Enforcement authorities took off the roads when they decided to check air brakes of commercial trucks as they were moving down Pennsylvania roadways. Imagine, heavy vehicles moving at high rates of speed with bad brakes: that's a recipe for disaster, but that is the reality of the roads today in the United States.
