The Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association, a trade body representing the Gibraltar operators, has published correspondence between its external legal counsel and both the British Government and the British Gambling Commission that envisages the potential commencement of judicial review proceedings against the recently passed amendments to the Gambling Act.
