Mr. Sampson has taken jury and bench trials to verdict. He has also argued on appeal to Maryland's Court of Special Appeals and authored/co-authored briefs for appeals before Maryland's appellate courts as well as appellate courts elsewhere in the United States. He has a general law practice including complex civil litigation, commercial, real estate, construction, insurance coverage, personal injury, wills/trusts/estates, and dwi/dui/serious traffic. Adam also is a mediator appointed by the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County. In addition to practing law and mediating case, Adam serves on the Baltimore County Planning Board and Baltimore County Bar Association Executive Council. He previously served for a number of years on the Maryland Attorney Greivance Commission Inquiry Review Panel.
