CIVIL, CRIMINAL AND IMMIGRATION LITIGATION. Seasoned attorney experienced in all aspects of civil litigation from personal injury claims to contract disputes and discrimination claims. Mr. Terrazas has presented cases before federal and state courts, he has brief and argued motions, prepared and tried cases before juries and bench trials. Mr. Terrazas has negotiated successfully thousands of settlements.

Mr. Terrazas, while practicing on a full time basis, also taught mediation and settlement negotiation to law students as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law.

In, addition, Mr. Terrazas served in the Federal CJA (Criminal Justice Act) as a panel attorney handling major felony cases. He continues to take clients charged with serious felonies as well as misdemeanors and appears regularly in State and Federal courts.

Mr. Terrazas also has extensive experience in immigration cases. He has handled family based petitions, work permits, asylum petitions and consular applications.

Mr. Terrazas and his staff are fully bilingual Spanish/English and serve a large portion of the Latin American community.
