Amy Demma – Prospective Families

Amy Demma is a New York State licensed attorney credentialed in Family Mediation through the Harvard Law School Mediation Program. She is the founder and President of Prospective Families, a New England based practice providing a full range of infertility related services in the New York metropolitan area as well as through-out New England.

Amy is a published author and regular speaker on topics related to alternative family building. She’s been interviewed by National Public Radio, Vanity Fair magazine, CNN, The Boston Herald, The Jewish Advocate, The Boston Globe and contributed to a documentary on family building through egg donation and surrogacy.

Amy held two past Board positions at the New York and New England chapters of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. In 2009, she will again serve on the Board of Directors of RESOLVE of New England. She is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, The New England Fertility Society, The American Fertility Association and is currently on the founding committee of the Genetic and Reproductive Technology Law Committee of the American Bar Association.

Most importantly, Amy and her husband are the proud and blessed parents of teen-age twins conceived through In Vitro Fertilization.
