Baldwins Intellectual Property is a New Zealand patent attorney firm with an associated law firm Baldwins Law Limited which specialises in intellectual property and its management. We work alongside New Zealand, Australian and international clients to achieve and maintain their commercial advantage by providing services which cover the full cycle of intellectual property management - from acquisition of intellectual property rights to strategic development, commercialisation and enforcement of these rights.
Locations: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch.
Also, regular servicing of clients throughout New Zealand including those in the Dunedin, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay, Hamilton and Tauranga regions, as well as regular travel overseas to attend conferences and visit associate firms and clients in throughout the world.
