Practice/Organization Description
I work with successful business owners to bring closure to disputes involving breaches of contract and fiduciary duty as well as claims of unfair competition and other business torts. These often include shareholder disputes, commercial leasing and lending issues, trade secret misappropriation, and other “business divorce” matters. While business disputes can often be contentious, I work to minimize the acrimony and to promote closure rather than conflict.
