Craig Law Firm, PLLC, has its office in an historic home built in 1895 by then-Senator Jeter Pritchard, located in the northern end of Asheville, a short distance from Grove Park Inn and the Blue Ridge Parkway is just over Town Mountain. Having previously worked in a larger law firm with no windows that opened, the ability to raise the old windows and let the breeze flow through makes for a much more pleasant day.
At Craig Law Firm, we do not strive to see how many days in a row we can wear white shirts with our suits. While professional attire, particularly at trial, where everything matters, is important, we believe that our clients appreciate our more relaxed attitude and atmosphere, and allows them and us to focus on the important matters at hand--our client's situation. While the focus of our practice is primarily business and commercial law, real estate law, construction law, and administrative and governmental law, we cover a broad range of subjects, representing clients on matters ranging from traffic tickets to serious felony criminal charges; from simple contracts to complex legal agreements; and from small business owners, or those forming a small business, to the challenges facing corporate management and boards. We not only advise individuals and businesses, we also draft contracts and other agreements, and represent clients in alternative dispute methods, and in litigation where necessary. We represent clients in North Carolina District and Superior Courts, and Business Court, and before various board and agencies.
Give us a call and let us help you with your situation. If we cannot help you, we will help you find someone who can.
