The Law Offices of Daniel E. Clement are a full service law firm, unique in its ability to handle matters ranging from contested and uncontested divorces, separation and pre-nuptial agreements, and support enforcement proceedings to complex commercial, corporate and real estate litigation in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
While thorough and aggressive in its zealous representation of our clients, special emphasis is placed upon fulfilling our clients' legal needs on an individual and personalized basis. Daniel E. Clement has practiced law since 1986, primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family law. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and of the State University of New York at Albany. Mr. Clement is an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Court of the City of New York. He has lectured on the subject of Family Law and has been interviewed on radio, television and quoted in various newspapers.
