Practice/Organization Description
Mr. Hosenpud’s employment and commercial litigation practices involve suits in both federal and state courts with emphasis in recent years on class action defense. He has extensive jury trial experience, and recently defended through summary judgment and verdict wage and hour class action claims, claims involving discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge. Other recent litigation experience in the commercial context includes multi-million dollar claims involving breach of contract and fiduciary duties; letter of credit litigation relating to $1.2 billion securitization transaction, as well as claims involving tortious interference with contract and business relations, non-competition actions, and misappropriation of confidential and trade secret information.
