David Wilson II practices in the area of business and construction litigation in both Texas and Nevada. His Houston-based law firm is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys and has been serving clients for over twenty five years. David has tried well over 100 cases as first chair lawyer in both civil and criminal cases. He has also served as lead counsel in over 60 appellate cases, including at the Texas Supreme Court. He has been named one of Houston's Top Lawyers by H Texas Magazine, and been named to Who's Who in American Law. He has served for over a decade as an adjunct professor in courtroom advocacy at South Texas College of Law.
