DiConza Law, P.C.

Practice/Organization Description

DiConza Law, P.C. is a firm dedicated to providing its clients with high quality legal services at competitive rates. The firm’s primary practice areas are bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and out-of-court workouts. The firm represents debtors, landlords, asset purchasers, secured and unsecured creditors, including financial institutions, and creditors' committees in chapter 11 reorganization cases, chapter 7 cases, and out-of-court debt restructurings. The firm also practices in the related areas of commercial litigation, foreclosures, contracts and general corporate law. The goals of the firm are to combine big law firm quality and small law firm efficiency and to deliver to clients and other lawyers the kind of service that only a boutique firm can provide.

We understand that clients hire lawyers, not law firms. We are structured to ensure that matters are not overlawyered, and that the attorneys you select will stay actively involved. The result, we believe, is cost effective representation and greater client satisfaction.

Gerard DiConza, the founding member of the firm, received his legal training at the bankruptcy boutique of Togut, Segal & Segal LLP and in the bankruptcy and restructuring department at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLP. In starting his own firm, Mr. DiConza was determined to create a firm with the goal of providing qualified, experienced and effective representation, but with a level of efficiency and cost-effectiveness other firms can seldom offer.
