Donald Solomon

Practice/Organization Description

I have 35 years' experience as an attorney in litigation and transactional matters, including 15 years as a sole practitioner. I want to continue to provide high-quality services to individuals and small businesses. I listen, research thoroughly, write clearly and communicate effectively with clients, courts and adversaries.

I have experience in individual rights, civil liberties and law reform litigation and municipal law, but cannot do much of it as a sole practitioner; I would love the opportunity to become more involved in consulting on constitutional rights and consumer fraud matters.

Specialties: Real estate (lender and cash closings, buyer and seller representation); estate planning and probate; consumer, landlord-tenant and general litigation; small business and nonprofit incorporation and counseling. Friendly to non-traditional families. Experience in forming and representing mobile home park cooperatives.
