Practice/Organization Description
Doug is a member of Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne’s commercial litigation practice group. Doug’s practice emphasizes litigation involving claims of fraud, unfair competition, trademark and service mark infringement, false advertising, defamation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and related claims, as well as disputes arising from the purchase and sale of real property. Additionally, Doug has represented federal equity receivers and individuals in civil actions arising from allegedly fraudulent investment schemes. He has litigated matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout the country.

Education
Doug received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego in 1992. He received his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1995, where he also served as President of the Student Bar Association.
