Theresa Marie Kenney was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in January 1993 and is a real estate and business law attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial transactions. She has regional and international law firm experience which ensure her clients are well-represented, no matter who opposing counsel may be.
She has particular experience in senior and assisted living projects as well as regional shopping centers and retail developments, including site acquisition, construction, licensure, and operations.
Extensive accounting, title and tax knowledge facilitate negotiations on strategic and regulatory issues. Ms. Kenney possesses a uniquely well-grounded sense of practicality which assists her in advising her clients in the most reasonable, cost effective resolutions to difficult matters.
