Ed Johnson specializes in collaborative problem-solving, facilitation, and mediation of disputes involving public policy, land use, environmental, and community issues. Prior to receiving his law degree, he worked in these areas as a professional planner and local government official for 22 years. Now an attorney with education and experience in law, land use planning, engineering, conflict management, and peacemaking, Ed brings a unique multi-disciplinary, public/private perspective to dispute resolution. Ed also provides consulting services for the development of conflict management programs for court-connected alternative dispute resolution, community based mediation, and victim-offender reconciliation.
