Practice/Organization Description
My practice is devoted 100% to immigration and nationality law. This includes family- and employment-based immigrant visas; Fiancee visas; and Intra-company transferees ("L-visas"). I also provide representation in removal (deportation) hearings; appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and obtaining Lawful Permanent Residence ("green cards") for the abused spouses of U.S. citizens.
Some of my cases involve representing petitioners and aliens where the CIS has denied (or revoked its approval of) a petition, and who are advised by the agency that "there is no appeal from this decision." It has been my pleasure to prove them wrong on several occasions.
