Eckhaus, Esq., is the author and creator of FingerTip Manuals, Employee Manuals and Employment Law Manuals, has over 35 years of Business and Employment Law experience, representing Fortune 500 companies, national franchisees as well as representing entrepreneurial startup companies including Entenmann’s, Inc., Kraft/General Foods, Boboli, Oroweat, Freihofer's Bakery, McDonald’s Franchisees, Burger Chef Systems, Theme Restaurants of America, Meriwether's Restaurants and Mexican Foods of America Restaurants.
Jay is a Member of the Florida, New York and Ohio Bars. He has served as an Executive Trustee of the Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce where he was elected the Co-Chair of the Chamber's Government/Legislative Affairs Committee, a member of the Small Business Council and the Education & Life Science Committee.. He previously served as the Chair of the Palm Beach County Business Incubator, Inc. Jay was named the Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year for 2008. Jay practices law in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and is the founder of the Business Law Center of the Palm Beaches.
