Practice/Organization Description
Faith is a member in Mintz Levin's Corporate practice. Her practice is focused on corporate, commercial and securities matters, including strategic transactions and corporate structuring.
Faith assists public and private companies, both start-ups and industry leaders, and investment bankers in a wide range of matters. A significant portion of her practice involves handling all aspects of public offerings and private placements, representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents.
She also has experience representing sellers and purchasers in asset, stock and merger transactions and assisting clients with the negotiation and structuring of joint ventures, strategic alliances and licensing agreements.
Her clients are involved in various business areas, including media and new-media, high technology and Internet services, biotechnology, computer software, electronics, consumer products, traditional manufacturing, wholesale and retail. Faith regularly provides counsel to companies needing access to the networks of venture capitalists and investment bankers who influence venture capital and public markets. She is frequently engaged by emerging growth companies for pre-public offering counseling and by established companies in connection with a variety of general corporate and securities law matters.
